objkt update: Multi-Currency

We are thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new feature: Multi-Currency Support! We constantly strive to improve our platform to provide the best experience for our users. With this update, we are expanding our horizons by making it easier than ever for artists and collectors to transact using a variety of digital currencies.

Here's a quick rundown of the main new features:

  1. More currency options: We now support multiple FA1.2 and FA2 currencies, including oXTZ, uUSD, and USDtz. More to come.

  2. Currency selection made easy: When creating an offer, listing, or auction, users will now have access to a convenient dropdown menu to choose their desired currency.

  3. Non-custodial offers with oXTZ: Offers are now made in oXTZ by default, enabling non-custodial offers with a fixed amount of currency. Meaning: If you have 100 oXTZ, you can make as many offers worth 100 oXTZ as you like. This exciting update will make the objkt marketplace more liquid.

  4. Offer expiration dates: Offers will now come with an expiration date. After this date, the offer becomes invalid, allowing for a more dynamic and efficient trading environment.

  5. Updated wallet dropdown with your currency balances: We've enhanced the existing wallet dropdown in the header to include all supported currencies and their respective balances. This convenient update means you can easily keep track of your funds right on Objkt, making your experience even smoother.
